The love that we are born with is necessity. Without out it we would fail to thrive (fail to develop) and not want to protect our young or old. Which would mean the end of the human race.

Humans are born to breathe, eat and poop. Everything else is learned, especially love. Ask any child with parental separation anxiety who can not love anyone.

there are many ideas on that
1) if you believe in God then your loved by Him
2) your parents love you
3) every one has a soul mate in the world...they love you even before you even meet
