Just do it. If you tell her and she doesn't like you the same way you do, yeah, it'll be wierd for a while, but she'll prolly be cool about it, and eventually you have to get over it.

a girl likes when a guy can be straightforward with his feelings approach her in a way that wont make the both of you uncomfortable tell her that your interested and would like to know if she feels the same about you because your getting signals that she likes you but then again there's another guy that's been hanging around and your confused and tell her if she's interested that you want to make something of it and that if she doesn't tell her you hope this doesn't affect your friendship but she likes you so go for it you never know if she reciprocates these feelings face your fear and ask her that is the only way to know and you may never know if you two will make a great couple unless you try good luck to you

try your best to make it as obvious as you can. smile, joke around, be sweet and thoughtful. she will get the point hopefully and then you can just come out and say it, so it wont be so much of a shock when you do. Get her a flower with a note and give it to her or leave it on her desk or something. The guy i like does things like that but wont come out directly and say it because hes afraid. Dont be...youll know when you start to do the little things if she likes it or not, and you can get an idea if she likes you too.

Just be honest, don't beat around the bush. If she really likes the other person that will leave the door open for her to tell you and at least have a friendship out of the situation.

The only way to do it, Dear, is to speak up. It's not going to just happen unless you make a move. If it's meant to be then it will be. Good luck.

There's an old saying, "He who hesitates is lost". Try asking her out. If she says she isn't interested, you can still be friends. (Believe it or not, I've found that it usually is that simple)

cut your losses and walk away completely. You will save yourself from getting shafted in the end.
