Exactly that. He is probably just looking to keep his options open and just play around. Relationships take much work and he doesn't want to deal with it right now. Probably just got out of a serious one not too long ago. So just try to be friends or something. Don't push him about it, cuz you could end up pushing him away.

It could mean a lot of things. Maybe he just doesn't want a girlfriend because he don't want to be tied down, maybe he was hurt b 4 and he gun shy over it or maybe he just like being single. U just have to ask and accept it

Thats a very general question perhaps you can supply more details. It could mean one of several things, Perhaps he was hurt real bad by a female not allowing him to move on from the pain? Maybe he is focusing on other things that he may not have time for a relationship at this time, perhaps school, career goals etc. Feel free to email me with more details and ill give you my unprofessional opinion.

It means he's not interested in seeing you as a girlfriend! If this is not what you want-move on! If you willing to take what he wants to give-fine! But, don't expect anything more!(your living a fairy tale if you think you can change his mind)

It means he isn't interested in having a relationship. Wait awhile (a good month or two) and if you still dig him then ask him out again. He'll be happy that you actually waited for him instead of bugging him every day.

i thinkit mean that he is seeing someone else but really likes you and doesnt want to hurt your feelings but that is just my opinion you go with what you think i dont want to scrue up a friendship
