I know I am! I wish I had a good friendship with someone..Its hard nowadays to find someone who will be there for you and not be jealous or lie to you..I wish I could meet a new person and get to know them. I really would like a female friend someone I could talk too and be there for. I don't really can't about distance..I guess I am saying all of this becaue I believe oneday God will bless me with a "true friend".. Is there anyone out there who thinks and feels the same way??

I am 14 and the girI I like is one grade lower.I was just informed the girl I like likes another guy and he likes her back. The guy, i dont know anything about, as in if he goes to this school or not ect.I still want to be friends with the girl. She knows I like her and that I wanted to be friends.I am so shy.If I go up and try to talk to her I just cant do it. Also she is always in a group of friends and I can never talk to her.I need a conversation starter, and i need to know how to talk to her when she with her friends and how to DEFEAT SHYNESS. PLZ HELP

well we have been together for 2 years, the first 2 months of dateing he cheated on me, we werent very serious but It still hurt alot. tonight he came home smelling like prefume and he was drunk!! he told me his boss took him out for a bite to eat after work (his boss takes the workers out for food about once a month) so should I believe him or should I stop wasting my freaking time!?!?

Hey guys I am really down and out, I can't find a job that ever works for me. I just got fired from my job tonight at as a late night grocery stocker which was terribly fast paced anyway and I wanted to quit so bad. I've been through a lot of jobs but I can't seem to find the one that works for me. I've been a telemarketer (too much stress and preassure to sell), worked in factories and grocery stores (too fast paced), done data entry typing (which was good but I'm moving to Toronto soon and apparently you need to know keystroke 1-10 which i don't), fast food and nursing home food prep (hated both and moved on) and a few non-sales positions which were nice, I would call buisnesses and ask if they used credit cards then asked if they take american experss and hang up, easy. I liked that position a lot. Do you guys have any suggestions on what I should take up that would fit into a person like me. I don' have a liscesnce, want to be alone, and don't care if the job is repedaive/but slow!

I'v been pretty numb. Met some random guy at my hotel. We talked for hours, and he made me feel warm again. More warmth than I've recieved from my ex in a long time. Havn't heard from him since, now I can't get him out of my mind. I'll get over it, but my numbness has dissapated, and I am thankful for my unexpected moment of warmth. Thank you Matt, maybe we'll meet again someday.

Why do some people only seem to fall in love with/develop major crushes on people they shouldn't fall for or people they can never have (i.e. celebrities, married people, people they have never met and never will meet, etc.)? I have never found myself totally falling for someone who is "available" and all this does is leave me lonely and sad. Is it that I am really afraid of committment so I ignore those that are available to me or do I just love a challenge?

I had a best friend, untill about 9mnths ago.. then she really pissed me off heaps (actually she had been for years, but I finally snapped) , so I stopped talking to her..and whenever I see her everything about her angers me to the point where i feel like punching her.. She is just a load mouth inconsiderate cow, that talks over everyone and interupts all conversations if she isn't involved (that is just the start of why I can't stand her) she stopped hanging out for a bit.. and I admit I b*tched about her alot.. now she has started hanging out in my circle of friends of again I have been ignoring her as I am not 2 faced and do not want to pretend to be nice to her when I have been B*tching.. I know a few people find this hard that I am Ignoring her completely but really I think that is probably the best thing for me to do, I fear if I talk to her I will punch her or worse, But I am in no way going to stay home and not go somewhere just because she will be there.. what do you think??

I got sick of my ex talking about other girls. He knows I am still very much in love with him. So I decided that I would sign off of AIM for a month. Just so I could get some time away from talking to him. Just kinda be all alone. I told him I was just gonna go for the night. If I would have told him the truth he would tell me I am not a good friend because I wasnt listening to his problems with other girls. So I didnt tell him. Do you think I did the right thing? My husband Lied to me Constantly for 6 years. And I have had enough and told him that it is over after failed hypnotherapy. He refuses to pay for me to go back (hes making life very difficult for me this way) he SWEARS he will change this time but I am NOT CONVINCED am I right to trust my own instincts or am I being unfair? He is trying his utmost to try to make me feel guilty for not wanting to try again I have been through so much with his Lies and it was at the point where I felt I was going Loopy!! Not able to concentrate, feeling low with all the lies, and feeling like Inspector Morse!-Seriously you have to be a good detective to be married to him! I dont want to live like that for the rest of my life!! He doesnt understand how desperate I am to get out-For Good. Hes playing with my Brain Badly. With "Please Stay we can work it out" etc etc.
