I'm about to court a girl who is not really close to me and i dont know how to start, so how will i start then? She works nearby where I use to passed by when I got home. I don't know her only her first name.

Go up to her, smile, and start a conversation. If she responds positively, that's great. If I were you, I wouldn't ask her out right away if she's not already familiar with you. The more familiar she is with you, the less likely she is to say no. So if she's never seen you or noticed you before, don't ask her out yet until she's seen you around more and you've talked to her a little bit. Even if it's just some small talk.
Then ask her if she'd like to go out sometime, and suggest something - getting some ice cream, a movie or maybe by then she'll mention something to you that she likes to do. If she says yes, then ask her if she's free on a specific day. If she's not, then ask her when she's free and suggest a time and ask her where she'd like you to pick her up (since she doesn't know you that well).
And remember to tell her she's pretty - don't be afraid to compliment her, but don't overdo it. If she agrees on to go on the date, ask her open-ended questions so that you don't just get a yes or no answer. Don't talk too much about yourself and make sure she's comfortable.

If you know her from work approach her at work. Don't poke about or pretend to be a customer while you work up your courage. Walk in with your game togather and smile, look her in the eyes and tell her "Every time I walk by here I think of you and I'm sick of it. I need to start taking you out or I'm never going to get any peace. Come out dancing with me this Friday" or whatever you want to do with her. If she says no, write down your phone number and tell her you want her to think about it and let you know before this Friday, even if it seem hopeless she'll think about it. Women appreciate boldness and honesty in courtship, it motivates the trust you'll want to build early in your encounters with her.

Obviously she isn't close to you; you haven't started yet!
Stop in where she works, and see if you can catch her eye, but don't stalk! See if you can find out where she hangs out ( Church, school, etc.), and drop in. You might even pass her a note, like if she's a waitress, along with the tip, with your phone number and saying 'I'd like to get to know you"
Make a point of saying Hi when you see her. if she's interested in you, she will eventually let you know.

start of just being friendly and once you guys hav a friendship, go for the whole, i have an extra ticket to this thing(concert, show, movie, ect) wanna go?

Be EXTRA friendly, SMILE.. show EXTRA attention..say Hi..be EXTRA thoughtful... And for sure she will be EXTRA ecstatic with the what you're showing her. She'll appreciate the gesture.

Wear something nice. tell her "I'm thinking about asking someone out"
"I need a womans opinion"
"What would you say if I showed up looking like this and asked you out?"
"I want to take her out, any suggesions on where to go?"
then say "ok...good idea."
"ok, let me practice by asking you"
"Hey, would you like to go out to ------ sometime with me?"
