My mother is my closest and best friend. I have only one or two friends that I speak to and/or see occasionally but I am happy so am I weird to have my mother as my best friend?

(I have been betrayed by many friends in the past, i miss having friends but do not miss the drama that is attached to it)

i,ve known this guy for 2 years now we just tlak to eachother and we get along great most of the time.every now and then he stops contacting me for weeks sometimes months at a time but always calls me at some point and im wondering why doesnt he leave me alone completly? i mean wouldnt it be easier to just never ever call me again?

Okay I have a crush on my best friend.But he is currently dating.Now in this couple they kiss,hug,and crap that 2 kids in "love" do.But we are in a VERY flirty relationship.And I care for him.But he thinks I like his buddy.And we once almost kissed.WE DIDN'T!!!but if we did it would have been great still he thinks were just some moments that ment nothing.I guess my point is how do I tell him I love him,I need him,and I want him?HELP!!!

I have been married 4 years now and my husband forgot my birthday. I refused to remind him , he then acted put out when I said I was going to a party at my Stepdaughters . When he asked why I told him it was my Birth day party and he was invited but he just said you'r B-Day is next month.

I have always known her to be the least racist among all the people I know. However, talking to her today, she said something that I feel is very racist, and she says that it's not racist at all. She said: "I would never date a black man." We are both caucasian. Now, I feel that this is very racist and was very shocked that she said it.

I, personally, think that a black man is as equally sexy as a white or mexican or any other race of person. If they are sweet and kind, they are a good person no matter what their race is.

Can anyone explain why she said this even if she says she isn't racist?

Also, do you feel that what she said is racist? Or am I overreacting?

How do you define the durability of unconditional love?

ths is how i define it

I think that love is be as strong and durable as family love. NO matter what happens your may have a problem with it, though you will always love your family members. It is something that cannot be broken. Time and distance cannot break it, no one can come bewtween that love.



so when I look for true love , i try my heart on these principals.

My girlfriend has a habit of talking to my mom about arguements that we have. Whenever they have these talks, she always makes me out to be the bad guy and only shares her side of the story. So whenever I get wind of these conversations, I get so f*ckin irritated that I blow up at my girlfriend to the point where she starts crying. Am I wrong for wanting our business to be just our business? I know that its good to get things off your chest, but why try to turn my mother against me? Or better yet, why not talk with me? Should I stop the conversations between the two? Maybe I'm just venting, but I would definitly appreciate any advise if there is some to give. Thanks.

to him and not to me because she says I exhaust her when she tries to talk to me.She chats with him for hours a day at work as well as at home and also gets e-mails from him.She wants me to be ok with this and she says she still loves me for sure but on the other hand,she loves him as a friend and wants to be able to hang out with him.She says she would never cheat on me and I suppose I trust her,but I am not comfortable with this situation at all.She has a son from a previous relationship who is 9 years old now.I have been in his life for the most part since he was 1 1/2 yrs old.I did walk out on her with no explanation way before we ever got married and moved right in with another woman.I have no explanation on why I did this other than I did not communicate with her like I should have and I blame mostly myself for that.It never worked out with the other woman and we got back together and eventually married.We agreed we would be open and honest after we got back together.Help
