Where are the insurance papers ?
No just kidding.....would not have to say I love you as she already knows that. I have lived to show her that every day so if and when my wife of 32 years leaves me, I wil have no regrets, no sorries as I bring her flowers, write her poems, buy her things she doesnt ask for every day ! I am not rich but she never wants for anything including and especially LOVE and UNDERSTANDING.

The truth of what they meant to me in life. But if I know that person put there trust in Jesus. this person was in a heavenly peace with death. I would be rejoicing. Because I know I will see that person in heaven. Sorry but anytime a person leaves this Earth to go to heaven. It is a glorious Day. I write songs and poems about that person or anyone that dies. Because in some way everyone has touched someones life.

Bunner! I would tell him that I love him and that he would be in my heart and on my mind every single day. I would also tell him that someday will will be together again and I am looking forward to that day. But, knowing me, I will have one heck of a time getting that out because I would be a wreck and crying buckets. That is so sad to think about and I am a pretty emothional person anyway.

Reassure him. The last thing he wants to hear before he passes on is that you never really loved him. Even if that's true, this is a time to lie through your teeth and tell him how much he means to you. No one likes to feel unloved, especially at their last hour.

I would tell them that some day we will be together again and that I love them. Then I would ask them to always watch over me so that I know I have a guardian angel with only my best interests at heart.

I asked him to give my dad a big hug and that his mom and dad were also waiting for him. I told him it was time to let go, the kids and I will be OK, I will always love him. I hugged and kissed him, held his hand, put my other on his chest. He looked at me,smiled, and said "For always". That was it.
He had struggled long enough to try and beat lung cancer at age 44.

Yours is one of the worst kinds of curiosity. Morbid, useless curiosity, that is.
No one knows for certain what he/she will say at the last moment to his/her partner/lover/spouse in his/her deathbed. Those who say otherwise are just doing wishful thinking...unless it has happened to them.
If you don't believe me, can you tell me with certainty what will be the last thing you'll tell your postal carrier next week? Different situation, same principle.

Talk about the times you has together and let them know you are still there for them. Tell them how much you enjoyed being with them and how much You Love Them. Keep them happy not sad for leaving you . Pem

i would tell him that what i had told the doctor what he had been eaten wasn't what i was really feeding him.
then right at the last minute, i'd pull out my lil box of rat poison, and show him excatly how much he had.
