i think it nothing more then, goodbye and take care of yourself. also keep being yourself. you could interpret that as i like who you are and im gonna miss seeing you around. and that he will be thinking botu you and hoping your looking after yourself

Well it depends on how he said it. Like if he said it with some fliration then he just might have been into you but if it was too friendly then you already know what that means.

That's been used so much, it doesn't have much of a meaning anymore; sorta like "hello" or "goodbye".
Doesn't sound anything like, "Maybe we could talk." You can't take that as much of anything.
BUT that doesn' mean that you couldn't ask him to call.

It is just an expression, as in take care, or stay well. I wouldnt read too much into it.
