If you know for sure that HE likes YOU----wait for him to tell you something
Seriously, because it sounds like he hasnt said anything official yet to you and you think that you should "help him out".

Be sure that David likes you before you say anything to him, alot of times men view things differently then we do, we can take something they do, smile at us, touch our hand, even lean in too close for something other than what it really was. Relationships and signs of emotion are so hard...but if you are sure that he likes you, I'd say go for it. Tell him how you feel, just know that if he doesn't feel the same way, it's cool, you'll meet a ton of guys before you finally find the right one..and if you meet him on the first try, your luckier than i though...smile But i wish you good luck!

Is there a need? Is he woeth it? Will he love u? Take a step back and judge from a thrid person's point of view. Be clear of what u want, not juz b'coz he says he like u. He is tailored for u. Trust me, hurting urself is the worse feeling u can get. So look before u leap.

How do you know he likes you? If he really does, action tells. Even if you don't tell, he'll ask. So do the same thing. Every move and every word you says will reflect your interest in that person. If I were you, I will show my love by action and not by mouth. If he rejected what you've done, then it's clear he's not interested in you. You don't lose anything or feel embarass even if he reject you.

Has he told you that he likes you and if so what are u waiting for? Go ahead and tell him you like him too. But if he has not, then you should still tell him about your feelings towards him.

yea tell him that u like him...i mean whats the big deal...if u want to tell him, but ur shy about it...do it over the internet...that is what i have always done...its the easiest way without feeling embarassed or how ever u will feel after u tell him...but you should definetly tell him...because he likes you too from what ur saying

If you're 100% sure he likes you, then yes, tell him you have something he would really like to hear and just say those three magic words "I like you". Then you're done!

of course u should .Bfore someone else does.but if u dont know him or dont talk to him then first befriend him.THEN u can say that to him.any man would be mad not to except such a proposal but only if u aint beautifull or sexy enough.
or if he is gay ,or if he has someone else.
