isn't the rule right that girls should tell you that they like you and guys are supposed to be the one that ask out.

you know in love there's no written rule as to who will have to say it first. If a person likes a boy/girl, then its his/her prerogative when to tell him/her. You know the cliche "ladies first" doesnt apply in this situation. If you like a person, you'll tell him/her whenever you cant keep it to yourself anymore regardless of your gender. Telling a person you're into him/her is never gender-based.

There isn't a rule, but usually if the girl says it first she has to say it a special way in order not to sound desperate and/or slutty, so it's much better for the both of you if the guy says it first. It also demonstrates the man's courage.

Women convey to a man that they like him, but usually the guy is the one that lays it on the line, so to speak. But, I don't think there are any rules written in stone, so you should do what feels right to you.

yes the girl is suppost to do that and the guy is suppost to ask the girl out but sometimes it dont happen like that it dont really matter to some ppl but to me the guy ask the girl out.

sometimes us guys will take forever to make a move so if ur not willing to wait then make a move because i know its so much easier when a girl i like makes the first move

i wasn't born here, and in other countries a guy should be the one to make them move. here, it seems as if girls ask to, so if you live in the u.s., i guess both will do.
