A soul alone, never has no say.
They leave him out of all of the games they play.
Sometimes hes stuck between heaven and hell.
Left on Earth just to dwell.
Each day and time seems so very long.
This soul still has its body,it has never gone.

Is there a deeper meaning than just a lonely person.

This poem reminds me of a person surrounded by tons of family and friends, but still feels alone. From the description they may not necessarily be lonely, just private. People may view them as one thing (good or bad), but inside there is so much more to learn. At times they are restless or has feelings of frustration, but the outward appearance remains the same. This person wishes more than anything to be love and understood. Not always certain of where things are going, but knows how to get there....

Yes there is a deeper meaning. Initially let me express its a wonderful poem. Well the soul is FREE and DEVOID of any attachments spiritual or material whatsoever. It just EXISTS as a INTRICATE element of the larger UNIVERSE. So in its basic root stage a SOUL can never be considered lonely....because it is THERE..it EXISTS in itself.
