my Grandmother owns like 4 houses that has been converted into apartments, and she is letting me stay in one rent free. however, she has many rules and regulations about what can be done and what can't be done in the apartment. ie no sitting on bed spread, no eating outside the kitchen, keeping doors closed at all times, taking of your shoes when u come in, and no sleeping in your clothes. isn't that alot? how can i tell her i'm not interested?

As most have read I am going through or near the end of my divorce and have been getting on wonderfully with the soon to be ex. We have been spending time together, having deep truthful conversations with no smoke and mirrors. Last night he talked of reconciliation, stopping the divorce and trying to work this out. We both agree he will not move back in [if this was to infact happen] he would remain in his house, we would talk with my family about this [as he has none]. I am fearful but feel this could work for real this time, but the 'what ifs' are close by - What do you think? Do you think its possible to reconcile a 12 yr marriage that was so close to a final divorce?

I've known him for 5 yrs. we got married 6 months aftre our child was born 6 months later he packed up everything he "owned" and left then I find out he's been lying to me about himself for most of the time I've known him I have serious trust issues with his whole family because they don't respect my wishes on how our child should be raised if I leave instructions about what she should be fed and such they are disreguarded and I'm treated like I don't know what I'm doing mind that I'm 40 and have been around my sisters children for 8 years

the relationship with my mom is like cat and mouse and obviously me being the mouse. she is always angry with me for one reason or another even if its something very minor like not putting my glass in the kitchen after drinking milk. she is divorced and remarried and i am currently living with my mom ans step dad. my step dad is really sweet. he doesnt take anyone's side in an arguments that we have...but if once in a blue moon he does have to choose he chooses my mom over me knowing that fact that she's wrong half the time. things are just getting worse and worse. i seriously want to move out but being an indian living in india its considered "a sin" to do that. any thing...ANYTHING i can do to make my relationship better with her. seriously i would do anything...and please dont tell me about talking to her about it cos i have done it some many times but that only works for a few days only.

I am Palestinian girl. I engaged to an American 2 months ago while he was spending his vacation here in Palestine. We signed the merrage contract before he left, and we planned to do the wedding in the next February. I ask you to read the following paciently and then give what you advise me to do please.
Before few days he sent me the following email:
"I don't know what to do either. I am being
completely honest when I say I really have been busy.
I get home I'm always tired. I fall asleep at home, I
fall asleep at work and I know it's driving you crazy
as well. I am so stressed out and some of the doctors
are so mean and they add stress to our lives. I
couldn't even stay awake to watch the world cup game
and the only reason I know who won was because my
friend told me. I'm sorry that I got you into this
mess. I am miserable right now. I am so overworked
and I guess in reality I wasn't ready to make these
big life changing steps that I thought I was ready to
take. We can't go on like this...there is no time to
get to know one another but at the same time I don't
blame either you or I. Because I think you did not
know I would be this busy and then you get angry at me
for falling asleep or not calling. I sleep in the
hospital 3-4 times every week. And I feel that even
if I were married this life would be too difficult for
another person to deal with. A wife should be able to
see her husband to get to know him and with this life
there is no time for either person. I know I told you
I would be busy but I didn't know it would be like
this. And I apologize but I think there is too much
heartache and I am in the most difficult and stressful
part of my life right now. I think you feel the same
way when I say we should really reconsider and think
about what we are doing here and if we can carry on
this way. Let me know what you think but I feel very
bad and I have been extremely depressed on top of all
the work that I am doing. I will talk to you soon and
I am sorry that the cards my father brought for me
didn't work. But he said he was sorry about this.

Last night I was watching Sex In The City. Charlotte, (whatever her name is). It was the show were she had a problem with her vagina, and it being depressed. Plus the fashion show.

Anyway, my question to you is. Do you look at your vagina? My girlfriend, my brother's girlfriend, and my niece all three said NO. I do not understand this. It seems like you would need to check yourself to make sure everything is OK. Because there could be a problem without any discomfort.

well as I said before it is about 2 men and me . One is my ex boyfriend and I've been 3 years with him, the other one is my boyfriend now and we are nearly 6 months together. I found out on my own that being "cute, sexy, attractive " (or whatever superficial word you may use) is not an easy thing to deal with when you are a woman. You can not accept all men in your life. You may not like them all. Its only one you choose. So what is it inside the man, that makes him call you a whore or a slut or any other word that hurts just because you rejected him ( and i mean a polite reject not a "rub in his face or humiliating one). How come the initially love or attraction is converted in such a hurtfull hate. Whats the trigger inside the man to make him do that. Is it ego, is it pride, is it stupidity?
