I think my answer would have to depend on how old you are. If this could potentially be a serious relationship, then I am sure there is some sort of courting procedure even in her church, since most of them do support marriage.
You should let her know how you feel.. She might feel the same way. Be delicate in your words. I assume you do not want to lose a friend. If you come on too strong or demanding - you could.

Figure out what your true intentions are.. is this someone who could see spending super long time with or someone you'd like to see in bed for couple of nights. Thinking it through will reveal for you exactly what you should do.

If the church doesn't believe in dating, it doesn't mean that SHE believes in it. You won't know if you don't ask her or tell her about your feelings for her. The attitudes, especially those rigid and superficial ones, could be easily put aside in the arms of loving man :)

Well, I've had a crush on a guy of other religion. And I'm feeling quite sad about it cuz he's a Christian and is really devoted to his God. Well, as for me, I'm also devoted to my own God and is he willing to change his religion is we ever get married?

Well just try your luck and give her time. ;)
