I do it all the time, I like to wear a suit to the church and a cocktail dress to the reception. It's not required to change, but I love to dress up and wearing beads to church if you aren't in the wedding is tacky.

Do you mean after the ceremony? Usually guests dress for both the ceremony and the reception. (An acception might be if the ceremony was a religious one with strict clothing guidelines and the reception was of a totally different character.)
Now, if this is an afternoon wedding with a reception and a bunch of people are planning an "after party," then I would say sure, change your clothes. A college friend of mine got married and had an afternoon wedding and reception which was pretty much done by 8pm. Several of us went out afterwards to catch up on stuff.
In general, once the reception is over, the official wedding activites are done. Get comfortable and enjoy!

Sice you are a guest at a wedding, you do not have to change your clothes. After the reception, you can remain in your clothes and go home.

No, it's not normal. Most people stay in one outfit from start to finish.
If you are a member of the wedding party and in a gown of some sort, sometimes they *will* change clothes later in the evening.
If you decide to, you should only 'upgrade' your outfit. Changing into shorts or khakis would not be a good idea.

It depends on what you plan to do after the reception. If you're going home, no need to change, if you're going out to do something...you could go either way. I don't think that there is any "normal" one way or another.
If by chance, you meant between the ceremony and the reception, no it's not usually normal for people to change in between. Hope that helps.

What with out much else to go on...I am guessing the wedding is more in the afternoon. So, you could but its not normal, unless you are part of the wedding party and everyone will be changing later in the evening at the party.
