My girlfriend is self conscious and she says she's not sentimental. Her first boyfriend (and also the one before me) was controlling and an asshole. Truth is she's both beautiful and sexy, and I am sentinmental! I love the cheesy stuff (Think "You're Body Is A Wonderland" by John Mayer)! How can I make her believe in love again?

my husband has been cheating on me for a third of our married life and said that there was not only the sex but also feelings. he admitted to it all and says he wants to move on and is extreamly sorry for it all. i keep on picturing them going at it ( i know the 'other women') and i am drowning in it. is it possible to get over being cheated on and if yes, how? and what should i be asking my husband to do for me, to help me get over it?

Howdy,

Oh drag! So I have this really cool girlfriend, we have been together for about 4 months.

When we started our relationship we were both at 10 (on a scale of 1-10) and it was amazing. During this time she truely captured my heart and I couldn't imagine life without her. I turned my end up to 12 (on a scale of 1-10) and have been doing everything I can think of to make her happy, I have even spend nearly $1000 and climbed mountains and everything. But she has turned down to 5! Ouch! She starves me of affection and won't say romantic things to me, even if I ask. I get a "baby" and an "I love you" but that is all.

So now all I can do is try not think of her, try not to miss the 10 that we once shared, she is happy to continue at 5 but to me it is so unfullfilling. She tells me that in the beginning "love is blind" or some crap and now she is not so "mad crazy" about me, but does not want to break up, just wants to continue on. In my opinion like "luke warm"

What do y'all think?

im married now but im just remembering when filling out forms and stuff before i was married and i was just engaged..u know how it says marital status and it says like married, single,, divorced, widow, etc....i always used to think they shud have something for engaged/otherwise comitted ppl to accurately describe thier situation.....i know legally u are considered single in this way but when i was engaged i didnt wanna put single.. anybody else with me or im crazy lol

when they never even bother to say a hello to their neighbours, nor live with their parents longer and then suffer from lonelyness? why don't they make a friendly relation with their area people and visit each other, talk and discuss things everyday......and still want everybody to notice their new car, new make-up???why do they have friends on net but not in their own area??they don't even know who resides next door....and they say they are depressed. We have community centres,play centres for kids.........but resist to play with our next door kids. No matter we see same peeps in the area park but we don't know where and what about them.........and we say we are bored,we need some entertainment. We want everybody to notice us, talk to us, but we resist when they do so........whats happening with this world....lol.

ive been in and out of courts for 5 years now and each time he turns up with no solicitor and nothing gets done .Hes well aware of this and now im in court for divorce in november(im in ireland) and i cant get a straight answer from my solicitor , she says she cant guarantee anything .i need to know if i can get a decree of divorce without him having legal represntation.

Me and my girlfriend have been together for about a month now. And you know she has facebook and xanga. And when I go to look at them, I notce she always has ALOT of guys commenting her telling her how beautiful she is and calling her sweetie and wanting to know when they can hang out sometime. Well, I would go to the guys sites, and see wat she says, like she would tell them she misses them too and can't wait to see them. And I have tried to talk to her about it, saying it makes me un-comfortable to see her saying that to other guys, and I dotn feel she should be doing that, then she gave me the lil "You need to trust me" speech, so I shut up, well, I have noticed she kept doing the same things, well I finally went to the guys sites n told them that I didnt appreciate them calling her sweetie and baby and that I dont want them planning to spend anytime with her, cause I would feel weird knowing my g/f is out supposedly "hanging out" with another guy.
