i keep telling the guy i was with to change his ways... the ppl. he hangs around, drugs, the way he treats me, etc. needless to say, everytime he says he wont talk to his friends, he ends up doing it and putting me on the backburner and treating me like absolute DIRT!! why is it that he keeps going back to these losers who point him in the wrong direction instead of changing to be with me like he claims he wants? im so sick of getting hurt by him i told him this is the LAST time. and he doesnt seem to care about that either, bc he has his friends now.

I gave off the wrong image to alot of my friends. I told them my boyfriend problems and like very serious sexual ones even to my guy friends and all and I sometimes actred really hyper and trhat isn't me. How can I prove them otherwise?

I don't know whether to have a small or large wedding...Does anyone regret spending a lot of money on their wedding overall, or wish you didn't get such an expensive dress? Why? Or, does anyone regret not having a larger wedding, and why? I just don't know if I will regret spending a lot of money for just one day in my life. I'm sure the day will just be as special if I don't buy a designer dress, tons of flowers, a fancy cake, etc. Any advice y'all could give me would greatly appreciated!

Why do we believe that blacks guys are usually caught up in the hood and are out there gang banging. Some are depending on where they live and how they were brought up. For instance I was raised in neighborhood like that, but I don't act that way. It is painful because I know alot of black educated successful guys ssuch as myself that thinks most of us are not like that. We get a bad rap because of who we are and our likes and dislikes....What are your feelings and experiences with African-American males and females? Discussion please.

He cheated on me(very drunk) when I was in the next room, I caught him and took him back. He promised to change, stop drinking. He did stop drinking and he is changing his ways..but I'm still scared.
