I rate the pic a 1. Not a very good picture, but you are attractive. The fact that you asked the question, says that you may not feel attractive so you need some validation from others. If everyone on here rates you a 5 you still won't believe it.
What matters most is what you think of yourself.

Might wanna smile next time you take a picture (make sure to brush your teeth!), id also suggest as some of the gals up above have about the facial hair... trim it down, make it look neat, and yes a haircut it definately in style... also maybe some contact lenses? or smaller glasses...
When glasses take up 1/3rd of your face, you might wanna look into a different style or contacts.
