I don't think it makes him gay at all...

My question is Lets you or asks you? Men can be curious and not be gay its not there fault that there G spot is in a different spot then ours. I would say if he is asking you to do it and thats the only way he can get off or he wants to suck it as well then maybe but if he lets you do it because you asked him because you want to do it that is someone being open minded. No necessarily. My personal opinion is that sex-wise everything is allowed as long as it's legal and done by a man and a woman .
I think that anal sex like that is only a corporal sensation with no emotional involvement for another man therefore I would not consider him gay only because of that .
