Me personally I like "All Natural" D's or double D's with a natural bra that is not padded.

meh... i don't like them so small that she looks like a boy, and i'd rather a large D at the largest (although i admit that sizes outside the US might be smaller i.e. F cup was just slightly larger than a D and acceptable) but i'm a bit freaked out by the insanely large boobs. and all natural please (it's oh so much better!)
but aside from that, as long as they fit her frame, then it's all good :D

I'll have to go with a nice natural c they are perfect, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with fake boobs if the woman wants them. Makes them feel better and they look nice.

I like real, and 34-C is a good size for women between 5'2 and about 5'6ish. A little smaller for smaller girls and bigger for bigger. They should look porportional to the body. Its not attractive to have a 5-10 400lb with 40A's.
