Insecurities often times can stem from a lack of self confidence. How is your personal self esteem? Would you date yourself? Why or why not? Make a list of the things that you do NOT like about yourself, and then work on those items. Chances are if you can see yourself as a good mate, your significant other will see you the same way also! Good luck!

Don't be so obsessive over her, let her breath and have space. you have to TRUST her, and believe in her If your relationship is good now (besides the insecurity) keep working on it. If you keep thinking or acting like she will run off with another man, it only pushes her away. Enjoy what you have right now, if its not that great, try to make it better. She obviously loves you or she would not be there still. You better wake up and just ENJOY your relationship. And don't dwell on anything.

I know this sounds so artsy fartsy foo foo, but Sara Ivanho makes a candlelight yoga DVD, its very calming. It teaches you to meditate and relax your body into stretches. You get to know your center, and after a while you can summon it at will when your in stressful situations. Don;t knock it til you try it. Or you can just get some xanax or Zoloft maybe a glass of wine.

You need to be real with yourself. I'm going to give you the truth. EVERYONE has SOMETHING about themselves they don't like. Someone is ALWAYS not going to like you for some reason or another. Crap happens to EVERYONE and when it rains it pours. NOTHING and NOONE is PERFECT. PERFECTION does not exist.
The moral is: Suck it up and get over it. You don't have anything to stress about because EVERYONE has SOMETHING about themselves they don't like. Someone is ALWAYS not going to like you for some reason or another. Crap happens to EVERYONE and when it rains it pours. NOTHING and NOONE is PERFECT. PERFECTION does not exist.
Be the best person you can be for yourself. The only opinion that counts at the end of the day is your own and you would do a great INJUSTICE to yourself if you don't feel good about yourself. SMILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What insecurities? You need to be a little more specific and give us a story to go on.
