every time he gets mad he acts like alittle kid and doesnt talk for hours sometimes days

Your dad needs time to cool off. Please allow this to occur. He KNOWS what he requires to cool off and you cant change that. If you do insist on talking to dad when he is NOT cooled off, it could lead to far worse things.....

Realize that the way you let yourself feel inside and the way you act towards others is completely independent of anything your father does or doesn't do. Even if he acts badly or childishly, you can still be friendly, kind, gentle, happy, or whatever you choose to be. Don't ever let another person's manipulation make you feel bad.

my mum s like that too she s not talkin for months sometimes:)
its too disgusting but parenst have their problems too and when they can not share it to any1 they are angry all the time
so try to make frienship with him:)
if nothing comes out just take it easy
no other way

That's his own problem and you have no control over that. If it bother you, try talking to him about it when you all arent fighting. if you find it hard to talk to him at all, write him a letter to try and get your feelings across to him.
