Have you ever met someone of the opposite sex for the first time and you feel as if you already knew him and it is really easy to talk to him?

Also, is this feeling always mutual? Or rarely?

Yes, I've had that, but it usually ends up badly, as you're more likely to try to rush into a relationship if you get that feeling. Try to take things slowly even if you feel as though you shouldn't- it'll help your relationship in the long run, if that's what you're looking for.

Good luck! :)

It has happened to me twice. The first time was with a boy I knew in my youth, who later turned out to be gay. The second time was with my husband. So no, the feeling isnt always mutual, as you can see from my personal experience. The only way to find out is to buck up the courage and make the first move, as I did with my hubby. Good luck and hope the best 4 you!

Yes, the first day me and my future wife met it was as if we've known each other in the past and had been lost for years and now found in each other's arms again. We instantly became best friends and then it didn't take long for us to become deeply in love! She's my soulmate, my one and only true angel and even though its an online relationship, this one girl makes all of such distance and time all worth the wait because she's my WORLD!! I love you Amy!

Yes. I felt that way with my husband. We hit it off great. We had so much in common,,, it was weird. The feeling was mutual for him too. We've been married for 10 years now.

Not too often.

Yes though, I know at least one woman like that. Its like in some ways I don't even know who she is and in others it feels like we have been together for ten years.

It just means that you will suck him off and swallow on the first date, which is a good sign. I would do the same to keep him.
