it is immaterial for we people what is happening around us. we have advances in science and technology but it has given birth to green house gases leading to chaos in global atmosphere. we may be dying sooner than god had thought of.

Cooled water can contain more C and CO2 than Warm water. Why C and CO2 dissolve more in deep ocean (cooled water) than in surface of the ocean (warm water)?

If you study the world's geological history you will realize that the earth's temperature goes through gradual warming and cooling phases. Carbon Footprints, Carbon Emissions, etc. have no effect on the earth's temperature. To say otherwise is to speak ignorantly and purport a former bitter vice president's convenient lie.

Whatever the cause there is several predictions of rising sea levels worldwide. This interface between land and sea is also where a large percentage of the worlds population and money is invested.
Is anyone aware of any government / authority that has changed or banned areas for building to allow for future sea level increases?

This is in New Jersey! Not the sunniest place in the world. I wonder why a place like Arizona, for instance, doesn't have a vast majority of people using at least some solar power.
