when we say better& efficiant , looking at animal kingdom female species is more responsible for taking care of its future kind than male , but how about in human kind ,male & female have equal responsiblities , but really asking who is the best and how ???

Men are happy with a few beers and easily forget about responsibility
this has been my experience ,with Mexicans and Afrircans
for projects females are more reliable .
