Would recycled sewage water be more attractive to people if they didn't dwell on the point of drinking it but pointed out that using it for watering our gardens would be the main use (as we do water our gardens with more water than we drink in a day !!)

Would it be because they always speak of using it as drinking water?
Would it not be better to point out the benefits of watering the garden with it and making it more attractive in that way?

I noticed technology is a big thing. With out it who knows where we would be. So many things rely on technology and I just want to know what people think about where we are going with it and is it necessary to have so many things for it. Is this world going to wind up like futurama? Tell me what you think. Is technology taking over?

Even if humans are to blame for, what would seem to be, a rapid-changing climate- do we have the right to think we know enough about it to try and change it back to what it was before?

Consider this:
The environment is a continually changing system and changing it back may do more damage to the current ecosystem than it helps. As species adapt to the new climate that is being established, will we destroy those species in reverting back to what we once knew? Why do humans think they can interpret their actions as destructive when a warming of the earth's surface may have the same chance at making conditions on earth for life better as they do as making them worse?

I really need help with this... I need to make a plankton model that will sink slowly, if it floats for any reason I will be disqualified. It needs to be made out of more than 1 material, sink slowly b/c its heavier than water (not b/c it gets wet), will not fall apart or discolor the water. It will be tested twice to see if I pass...please I really need some assistance. If possible it should be able to fit in an aquarium tank, like the ones at houses and stuff. Thank you very much!! I need this before Tuesday someone please help me!

I can understand them being in an uproar over pollution but natural racehorses are bred and born to do one thing --race. When their careers are over, unless they are adopted and kept as pets on a riding type farm, isn't it the humane thing to do to put them down, especially if they had been injured? They can't be used as plow horses or to pull the Budweiser beer wagon, right? So what's up with that?

Really! What is the big deal with launching hazardous materials, like radioactive waste or other extremely dangerous wastes, deep into space? Really! Are we afraid of killing innocent aliens or changing the universe? We are part of the universe and what ever we do was just meant to happen. Are the neighboring aliens going to decide to attack if we shoot waste into space?

Alright. I am currently a college student finishing up my sophomore year in school persuing a dual major in Environmental Management and Global Buisness and Public Policy. What I hope to do with this degree is to help developing countries (like India, Bangladesh, China, etc) build their economies while still maintaining good environmental policy. It could possibly involve helping to write those policies or working with govenmental agencies like the WTO or the UN. My question is: where should I being looking for internships? Does anyone know of any companies that currently do this sort of work? If anyone does, are there any additional steps that I should look into taking to make this process easier? Thanks!
