I dont think I understand your question, some folks do recycle their discharged sewage water, for agriculture.

I still stand by my answer the first time you asked it, and no, it still wouldn't be more attractive. On any given week, I use more water by drinking, washing dishes, doing laundry and showering than I do watering my garden. There are only 3 months out of the year that I might possibly water my garden, then it's not usually on a daily basis unless it's very hot and dry.

Recycling water into the garden is fine, as the impurities will be extra fertilizer for the plants and grass without added cost.
Heck, we used to take the contents of our septic tank as fertilizer on the fields we used to grow food.
Spread it in the fall and let it weather through the winter months. Plow it under come Spring, before planting.

Definitely.
People already drink recycled water especially in cites..if only they knew!
But yes recycling is a great idea to avoid all the intensive chemical cleaning of it. However then there is the fact of what is in our waste and begin to take responsibility for what we put inside ourselves, ie the birth pill and non organic foods, anti-biotics etc.

All water is recycled sewage....simple physics and climatology.
Rain comes from clouds and clouds come for the sea. The sea has pollution in it, and rivers flow into them. The sea is full of rotting dead fish and vegetation.
The sun warms up the sea, and the water evaporates into clouds. The clouds get heavy, cool and drop "fresh" water on us.
It's no big deal to drink something in which something died or into which something crapped . ....it's called "nature."
It will not kill you!

Here in the midwest, sewage water is recycled. Our wastewater goes to treatment plants that eventually discharge to surface or ground water. OR we have septic systems that treat the sewage discharging it back to ground water.

I'm not sure where you live, but if your drinking water is abstracted from a river, it has probably been though several sewage treatment plants already. They do tend to discharge in to rivers.
