I really need help with this... I need to make a plankton model that will sink slowly, if it floats for any reason I will be disqualified. It needs to be made out of more than 1 material, sink slowly b/c its heavier than water (not b/c it gets wet), will not fall apart or discolor the water. It will be tested twice to see if I pass...please I really need some assistance. If possible it should be able to fit in an aquarium tank, like the ones at houses and stuff. Thank you very much!! I need this before Tuesday someone please help me!

Basically, you need a container that floats, and some type of weight you seal into the container and which you can add incrementally until you reach neutral buoyancy, then add just a little more weight. The link below lists some ideas for a submarine, but its the same idea.
