If by dangerous, you mean to human beings, then the answer is the crocodile, as the late Steve Irwin pointed out.
Crocodiles are fearless,powerful and fast, but sharks tend to steer clear of human-beings.
Crocodiles have accounted for many more deaths than sharks.

Statisticly speaking, the Croc is the most dangerous out of those two. Both are ambush hunters and strike with out warning but the Croc kills more people annualy.

The most dangerous animal on Earth by far is humankind, Homo sapiens sapiens. Very clever, makes traps for larger animals.
