I see trash all over the highways, and often see people tossing trash and paper out car windows. They are usually too far ahead to get a license plate number, and even if I did get it, nothing would probably be done. And Usually no cops are around when they litter. So, how can this be stopped?

I answered this question when Mr. Gore first posted it on YaHoo, but since then I've come up with what I believe might be an excellent way to 'get the word out' about global warming and other environmental issues. This suggestion is based on almost twenty years' participation in another program after which I've modeled my idea. Can anyone give me Al Gore's personal e-mail address? Please help! Thank you! rkoassociates@yahoo.com

current cars emit CO2, if we changed to hydrogen cars would emit H2O right?
so then wouldnt there be more rain because of the enormous amount of evaporation from hydrogen exhaust. therefore leading to more rain, floods, erosion, etc.?

We use to see that, all the eastern men look to be short, while the western people look to be quite tall. Is there any ecological reasons (or) genetical reasons behind this...?

okay this question is going to make it seem as if I haven't gotten past third grade, but I really don't understand.

How is the earth laid out? You're driving along a road and you see the earth spread out in front of you. The earth is round so you know that at some point it curves up ahead. But what about the rest of the earth? Is there another road underneath you? Is the road you're on a line connecting two sides of the earth? Or is the road you're on the inside circumference of the earth? Because we can't be on the outer side of the earth right, because there's no oxygen? I feel so stupid. Someone help!

what happen if we just lay in bed and control EVERYTHING with a remote control, and machine that dress for you and a moving chair or something that take you around the house and more? How far will technology go to assist our life?

I always hear people talking about natural events by the hand of earth that would destroy man, yet with all the technology humanity uses to destroy each other, i really think that man is doomed to die by his own hand. What do you think?

In a response to one of my questions ( http://answers.yahoo.com/question/?qid=20060703233434AA0JzZ5 ), woodenwater1959 gave the following excellent response, "On the other side, I am against applying commercial fertilizer and pesticides to lawns. People tend to over fertilize and over-water their lawns and the excess nutrients end up running off into sorm drains and streams. There are more natural ways to fertilize your lawn and to keep pests at bay."

What are some of the more natural ways you have seen or used ?
I would like to try some of the suggestions.

...therefore, if it were not for another 70 prospective years of money to be made on oil would we already be using hydrogen cells and putting in more effort to increase the efficiency of the exisitng technology. Would global warming be a global concern and not have certain countries burying their heads in the sand denying we have a problem?

So much lumber is used in the building industry. We are depleting our own forests as well as those of other countries. This deforestration makes it very difficult for mother earth to keep our atmosphere in balance. Also the erosion of the soil is a huge problem due to the deforestation and the surrounding rivers and streams are being badly polluted in turn. Any ideas for alternative building materials to lumber and cement? (The manufacture of cement is also not environmentally friendly.) Lets get the scientists on this problem!

Carbon fuel Is running out and nobody seems to keen on nuclear. Wind power and Solar are a long way from providing our needs. A Dam across the mouth of the mediterranean and the Atlantic may seem far fetched but It only requires the political will. What do you think. This idea has the benefit of providing transport links as well!

For a while now I have been wondering what do people actually think about global warming, do they think of it as a serious issue or just something they scare you with. So please leave me your opinions :)
