I am in wri 121 and I have to make an essay portfolio for the end of this term. I have to revise all the mistakes in the essays I wrote throughout the term and put them in the portfolio. The problem is my cat pissed in the box where I store my papers and I threw a bunch of papers away. I think the ones I need were in the box. I have the essays saved on comp but I cant correct them because my teachers notes were on the ones I threw away. Is there a place where I can have them graded and criqued so I can revise the problems?

NO it's not homework... Something that can bring a smile on your face like.....Have you've ever cheated on a test? Or would you hit your child for punishment, if you had one? (the last example isnt really LOL-able though...) Something that students, adults, educators, parents, normal people can answer?

Because the beautiful teacher sleeping with the student DOES NOT RUIN the 15 year old. I know, because I was one of the students. It was 1977 and I was 15. As a matter of fact, my relationship with my teacher was a very positive influence on my life. She taught me many things in and outside the bedroom. We did this for 2 years and I never told anyone. We got away with it. She was a beautiful woman.

I have an interview tomorrow for a position as a school counselor. The job level is high school. I currently work in a middle school and an elementary school. There are three parts to the interview: one, I will be interviewed by 4 teachers; two, I will be interviewed by the current counselors; three, I will be interviewed by the principal and superintendent. Any advice on what I can expect?

I'm also considering the environment, school, compensation and wouldn't want to encounter 'culture shock' that's why as early as now I would like to do some research that would prepare me socially, psychologically and emotionally as a Special Education teacher. I prefer to teach kindergarten or pre-school students who has special needs.
What are the requirements as well? Guys, I need your opinion about this matter, your answers will be highly appreciated! Thanks!

I'm a freshman sec.ed./history major and I'm starting to look at the outlook of positions for my focus subject. I'd love to stay in the mid-atlantic region close to my folks though, like NY, PA, MD, OH, VA, DE, NJ and maybe WV. If there are any other really good places let me know with maybe a website link to the outlook site for the state. My question is mostly concerned with factors such as salary, benefits, environment, tuition rembursemesnt, etc. I'd really appreciate any and all advice from those who have already suffered through this.
