This really popular girl that sits beside me in my history class, is always dumbing herself down just to stay popular. Like we had a test the other day, and we got them back today with our marks. Of course all her friends did bad, and they were saying things like "OMG, I failed, knew I would, I dont even like history though its for nerds and losers". So this girl beside me said to all her friends that she only got 35% and they were all laughing about it. Too bad I saw her test before she folded it up, and it said 72%. Shes often nasty too me because I don't wear Abercrombie jeans, so I said to her "How come you said you got 35% when your test says 83% . . . I just saw it?"

Of course she blasted me for looking at her test marks, but her friends were all like "omg give us your test, you got 72%?" I can just imagine how embaressed she was. She shut up after that.

But I still don't get why it's popular to get low marks in school? It's almost like those girls try to get low marks?

the teacher of my son's grade 3 class has started to give spelling bees. she splits the class in half, and ask each kid to spell aloud one word, the loosing side has to go to the front of the class and do 10 push up's. it kinda puts the kids on the spot, is this not a example of negative reinforcement? hould i allow it to continue or speak with the principal? my son suffers with a anxiety disorder and possibly mild autsim. (in the process of a diagnosis) and we really don't want him excluded from the class, but don't think this should continue.

I have a son in second grade who clearly is not ready for that challenge, but his teacher says since he didn't score poorly enough on state tests he can't be held back. He is only into the third week of school and he's struggling. I'm trying everything to help him, but he gets frustrated FAST if the work is too difficult. Any suggestions?

The seniors at our school suck horribly. They hate the juniors and sophomores, and they think they're better than everyone. I need a prank that does not cause any physical harm, does not damage any property. I need something that they can't take and use against you (we t-p-ed their bench, and they used the t-p to write "sophomores can kiss our class").
