I like the idea that the student can choose a certain amount of the subjects he/she take. This shapes the profile of a person: the interests, the abilities, the amount of responsibility he/she is willing to take. Through one's curriculum, you can even have an idea about the way the person's thoughts has developed.

Long ago the schools would have music in elementary, but the only insturment was those provided by the school which didn;t really bring the child into play.
Today, the elememtary schools let the child bring thier own insturment if they choose and music has broaden the minds of students who love music. Some of our greatest musicians now are a result of that.
Success in the child starts at home and winds up in school./

I guess a really cool thing about it is if you come from another country you're pretty much guaranteed to be a star student as the American standards are so low.

Nothing it sucks! I have spanish and i don't even have a teacher. They are in the process of interviewing people.
The teachers don't know how to control the kids either
