Democracy leads to tyranny. That's why there aren't any true democracies.
The word democracy cannot be found in the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, or in the constitutions of any of the 50 states.
In fact, the founders of the US were so distrustful of democracy, there isn't even an express right to vote in the US Constitution.

Since there are no true democracies on the earth this is a hard question. One limitation would be that the majority might be a bunch of crazy people who want to kill all the Muslims in the country. The majority isn't always the smartest group in the bunch and typically do not have foresight or understanding of the ramifications of decisions. The majority lacks all of the information to make the best decisions -- but in a true democracy maybe they would.

It has no limitation, unlimited. You can speak unlimited you accept unlimited bribe, you can pay unlimited bribe, if can ask unlimited questions and you will get unlimited answers. But you will strive like the same unlimited days in India like country.
