So I am thinking of opening a sandwich shop and have alot of different ideas, it will be close to the high school and other businesses, so; my question is to you fellow askers and answerers: What, in your opinion would be an ideal sandwich shop that would make you want to go to often?

Hey, my friend from HS and I just moved back to Bergen County, and want to go to a bar. We refuse to go to the local townie bars because we don't want to bump into anyone we know. Are there any bars around that are not chains, that we can go to. We are in Fort Lee, so it would need to be South or Central.

Every place I've checked out is super pricey and/or for 40 plus people. I just want a nice private room somewhere in Manhattan for about 10-15 people to have decent food and drinks and won't charge me for use of the room. Bonus if there is also pool or karaoke in the room. Thanks!
