The Beverly Hills Cafe. This is a local chain I think. I have only seen it in/around south Florida. In Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Aventura, Palm Beach, etc...
They have tons of huge salads and they have a few sweet ones, especially the chinese salads.

California Pizza Kitchen has a Waldorf Chicken Salad that has candied walnuts in it. It's sweet and refreshing.

I know that I make a good sweet salad. Try it! Here is the recipe:
Lettuce
crisp fried bacon
raisins
walnuts
sliced red onions
poppy seed dressing
UMMMMMMMM!!!!! Delicious
