i am originally from indiana and i live in southern california now.i have tried the frozen whitecastles that you can buy in the grocery store, but they are no match for the real thing.why doesn't white castle out of chicago build some restaurants out here with all of the huge amount of americans living out here in california?

So now I would like to know who makes the best Hot Dogs or if you like to call them, Chicago Style Hot Dogs, but either way who serves up the best Hot Dogs in Chicago? Even if you don't know why, but one bit of that restuarant's Hot Dog, and you want to go back for more. The theme is "Classic Chicago Steakhouse with a modern twist."

Everything is already decided, for the most part, but we need help with the following:

(1) Need a dipping sauce for Maryland CrabCakes;

(2) Need an idea for a Seared Sea Scallop passed appetizer that isn't bacon-wrapped;

(3) Need classic potato and vegetable side dish ideas to accompany a Dijon Crusted Filet Mignon;

(4) Need ideas for a Sea Bass Entree with Rice and Vegetable; and

(5) Need ideas for a classic Iceberg Wedge Salad(what to put on it).

Thank You. My fiance and I are going to submit these ideas to the caterer for our tasting.
