It's my friend's 21st birthday tomorrow and we've been looking for weeks for a restaurant in Philly that serves Italian/seafood that isnt crazy expensive..but is still good and has a nice atmosphere...

I want the place to be in, or not that far, from the Philadelphia area. I am definatly on a budget, so I am not looking for an expensive place. Actually, I just want a place to rent. I hope those of you who do realize that you're just revealing beforehand that you're too cheap to order a double and probably won't tip much even if it is a heavy pour. Hint: order a double, tip well, and you will see returns on subsequent rounds.
