I want the place to be in, or not that far, from the Philadelphia area. I am definatly on a budget, so I am not looking for an expensive place. Actually, I just want a place to rent. I am willing to provide the food and beverages. I want to start planning soon, so if anyone has ideas, please respond. Thank you soo much!

Try Dave and Busters if you want to use their facilities and their enterntainment.

If you want to provide the food then a VFW or similar hall is rentable but not near as much fun. Here is a web link for the one on Front St http://local.yahoo.com/details?fr=dd-local-tl1&id=31910093&stx=vfw&csz=Philadelphia+PA&ed=CjHPIK160SzmC9wJGR6ZXa8prZjsnXJf3BeX8UucUjm2WmJqQmsPK3GlCWyvesQkN_iYKnA-

well, you could check to see if there are people that want to help bring a covered dish or two. (cut the expense- i'm getting married in oct. and that's what i'm doing for my wedding shower- around here we call that a pot-luck dinner) My family is on a budget as well as myself and fiance, so if you wanted to ask about a church fellowship hall or city hall then they may let you have it for pretty cheap, or try a city park-shed. Oh and if you don't wanna do casseroles and Food food, then you could also ask if a few others would help just get a few sandwiches and finger foods together- I think that will be special, the surprise and the effort will be well worth anything you attempt! God bless you, and may your party be a sucsess!

Forget providing the food and beverages. Bistro St, Tropez can offer you some fantastic food and drinks, sophisticated, original, hip ambiance for less trouble and expense.
