Depends on where you live and what you are looking for. In North East Philadelphia, I love Charlie's Pizza along Roosevelt Boulevard. It is the sauciest and has great cheese as well.
Along the Main Line I am a big fan of Bella Italia in Ardmore (across from Brownie's on Lancaster Ave). The meatball pizza is great.
If you are in Central PA then I am a big fan of A&M Pizza which has locations throughout Lebanon and Lancaster Counties.

Hands down, it's Tacconelli's in Fishtown (Philadelphia neighborhood). People have to order their dough by noon, just to ensure a pie in the evening. Thin and a perfect balance of crust, sauce, cheese and toppings- all cooked in a 100 year old brick oven. It's worth the trip. (BTW, it was featured on the Food Network several years back.) Enjoy!
