Try Red Lobster. It's a chain, and I know there are a lot of them in the West Chester area.

Any King Buffet has them. Also if you want to drive for an hour or so, the buffet at Dover Downs is awesome and has them both steamed and chilled.

If you don't mind the drive you can go to the new casino at Philly Park. Just head up I95. Their buffet has them, of course.
