There's a good sushi place in Lambertville called Ota-Ya, which is BYOB, pick up some sake across the street (forget the name of the liquor store) and enjoy!

Take a stroll through New Hope, it's anyway worth it. You'll for sure find a nice restaurant. There are a lot of smaller ones a little of the Main Street.
Are you exclusively looking for a BYOB? There's a nice brewery with excellent food near the old train station.
