I prefer non-chain restaurants, with a bar and reasonably priced.
Also, needs to be open on Sundays.
Thank you!

I've been to Iron Hill in Montgomeryville. I 've been to the Cheese cake factory and Maggiano's and I wasn't impressed with either. As far as chains go, have you been to Bahama Breeze? I was at one in Tampa, and it wasn't that bad. The problem with all the restaurants in KOP is the wait, that's why I was wondering about independent ones in the area. Thanks again!

Iron Hill and the Cheesecake Factory are both chains but both very good. Iron Hill is a microbrew if you like that kind of thing. King of Prussia is tough place to find non-chains because of the mall but a few places chain or not that I highly recomened are Morton's for a steak. For Chinese there is a Suzanna Foo's in Radnor about 10 minutes away and there is George's (the guy who owns Le Bec Fin) has a resturant in Wayne about 10 minutes away. I am not sure about Sunday hours.

Are you new to the area or just looking for some good places to eat

there are tons....but most of them are chains. i work at a restaurant in Phoenixville (about 10 minutes from KOP, right down 422 towards Pottstown) called Iron Hill Brewery. They are open on Sundays & have delicious, fairly priced food....along with great beer. Check out the wedsite www.ironhillbrewery.com

Hey, yeah, Iron Hill ROCKS! I think they have one in downtown West Chester too! I took my folks there, and we all enjoyed it. Who doesn't like a brewery with excellent food? K of P is kind of hard, what with all the hotels and the mall taking up the entire place. Try going to West Chester or Malvern for some nice restaurants. Only 15 minutes away. Downtown West Chester has some great locally owned restaurants. Look it up on citysearch.com.

I know Maggiano's is really good, and I've been to Bennigan's which is across the street. If you want to find someplace different, try searching on www.restaurants.com.
