I'm looking for an upscale bar/restaurant. I'm pretty high-maintenance, and I like to go to nice places. I'm from Miami, and I now live in Beverly Hills. So figure that out. Anyhow, can someone tell me of the KC hot spots? Oh yeah, I'm 26 y/o so somewhere to mingle w/ people in my age group.

-the last manager told me we can bake their, but nothing stove top.
-should i shmooze up to them, offer them food. (this is not the subject)
