It depends on if you can get reservations. Union Station usually throws a huge bash for the New Year...

If you are just wanting dinner, try Lydia's, Plaza 3, Cheesecake Factory and many of the other great places here.

Contact hotels on the plaza to see about more parties, they will be able to give better idea of places since guests will be there. Sorry I can not help more, my husband and I generally like to stay at home.

I am assuming you mean in kansas city. Look up bars and restaurants in the Bell South yellow pages. There are alot of place to go. The casino's are always a good place to have fun also.

Friends of mine are going to a swinger's club. They have a heck of a time there just socializing with their friends and the club is open till 11am so they don't have to worry about all the drunks on the road and if they choose to they can have a drink or two also.
