How can everyone not mention Breaded Pork Tenderlions? You'll never forgive yourself if you visit Indiana and not try one. There are many places around Indy the say th have the best and they are all good. I prefer them with ketchep, mayo, lettuce, tomato and onions. Try one and you'll be hooked!

I moved to Indy about 9 years ago from the East Coast and there are a few things here that I had never heard of:

Breaded pork tenderloin
Beef and noodles
Chicken and noodles
Biscuits and gravy

There are also a lot of really good steak houses

BTW - GO COLTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most of the times I've been in Indy I've eaten at Zelma's "Home Cookin'" Restaurant. So I have no idea! Unless it's Zelma's weird meringue pies or cobblers. Or the goofy meals your waitress cooks on the grill there. Or the 2 sloppy daily specials in the steam table.

Steak and Shakes!

That's a great Indiana chain. I can't think of anything specific in Indiana.
