I don't cook and I wanted to know if you can still be on a diet while eating at fast food resturants. What type of foods are ggod for this at the fast food places? I am comparing Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, and pizza (I know not a fast food place but it is fast food).

Hi folks,
I have used the good old take-aways in the form of Cantonese, Indian, Chinois, Mc Donalds, KFC, Thai, and dear knows what else.
Even funny fish-bars in the Mid-East. - Shark steaks.
No harm done.
Living in a fairly rural area, I prefer cooking interesting things at home, but love fish & chips, doughnuts, etc when in town.
And still only 9 stone, and reasonabl;y agile.
Favourite last night was KFC, with all the gubbins.
How goes it with you ?
Good health !
Bob.

I believe in tipping for exceptional service and product, it just buggs me to tip for something I have not received yet esp. food and drink. More and more we see "tip jars" in the service industry.
Will the quality suffer if I don't tip prior?

It's my son's 18th birthday today and me, him and his best friend are going for a day in London. Already planning to go to Camden (look for clothes etc), Denmark Street (music shops, guitars etc..) but want to do something else too. I'm tinkering with the idea of a flight on the London eye.. any other ideas??

We live just outside of London so the usual tourist attractions aren't really applicable.. and to be honest how may 18 year olds want to go to Madame Tussaud's lol!! Also any ideas on where to take him for a memorable lunch... they eat just about anything so that's not a problem but a personal recommendation or two would help.

Thanks!!!
