When at the counter of a Wendy's or Burger King, or any other similar establishment, have you ever noticed what happens to an order that came out wrong, and the customer gives it back?
Even when untouched, it gets thrown in the trash.
My question is what are you thinking when you see this?
Also, other restaurants, what do they do with unwanted food items?
And, one more thing, what about habitual customers that return orders? Aren't they eating up profits? What do establishments do about them?
