Any Bennigans still in Florida or North Carolina?

There are still a few around. I think there's one in Elizabeth City.

I don't know what happened to them but they are killing their business! I think so many chain restaurants come into an area with much better food and service that eventually people stop going there. One Bennigans close to us went out of business and the one closest to us totally sucks. You go there on a Friday night and nobody is there. They don't even have a hostess anymore so if you are lucky someone will see you waiting at the door and seat you. We ONLY go there if we have a coupon.

Yeah, I think there's a Bennigan's in Naples, I was there last winter. I remember passing it on the street.

Bennigans is putting themselves out of business
because they have improperly trained employees and lousy tactics.
An example of this is when I was given a 20 dollar gift certificate for them and the Waitress said it was only good for one entree, and when I told her it worth $20.00 she finally relented and gave me the full amount, she slammed the bill down on my table and demanded I tip from before the Gift certificate, which was about $45.00. she also would not give proper service, and ignored us when we were having our meal.
