For Breakfast: Cafe de Criossants on Lewis Ave., this place is beautiful, garden and seating outside, best croissant sandwiches I have ever had.
For Lunch: VIP Mexican and American, this is a hidden secret on Mendocino Ave. Looks iffy, but they have the best Mexican food around. Be sure to try the Chile Verde.
For Dinner: There are so many good ones to choose from. Annapurna, delicious Himalayan food, fun atmosphere, you can choose to sit at a booth where you sit on mats instead of chairs for an authentic experience. Ca'Bianca's, Gorgeous Victorian house converted to a beautiful restaraunt with garden seating. Delicious Italian food. Mombo's Pizza, best pizza I have ever had, New York style.

My favorite place to go in Santa Rosa is the 3ed street brew pub, or the Cantina. The pub has something for everyone and great starters along with a large selection of good beers. The Cantina is excellent Mexican food and has a full bar.

La Gare is really good.
for old style steak, try Cattlemen's. You can't go wrong.
