pig and whistle and pj clarkes are open and serving long before lunch, but what time, i'm unsure. both are located on 3rd ave around 54th st.

try jimmy's corner at 44th between 7th and 6th avenues. it's a local dive that most tourists never discover. i image they're serving all day and all night. fab, fun place and cheap drinks!
